McCoy to Pembroke. 10 miles. Lengthen your time on the water by an hour or more by starting 3 miles up river from the traditional Trip 6 put in location. Great if looking for at least a half day adventure.

Pembroke to Bluff City. 10 miles. Includes class II and class III rapids. Ideal for folks with some previous paddling experiences.
